It has been a privilege to have the views of the worldwide top chefs as Joan Roca, Massimo Bottura, Andoni Aduriz or Alex Atala sharing the know-how adapted to the book for the needs that currently requires commercial catering&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The book \u201c90 cm Above Floor Level\u201d, published in English by the Silestone Institute in collaboration with The World\u2019s 50 Best Restaurants, have been catalogued in the library of The Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Its translation to Portuguese is planned to be done soon.
