Since it continues to be a seasonal fruit in addition to\nother citrus fruits such as grapefruit or lemon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The fruit that predominates the most this season is\nstrawberries, a very healthy food that is at its best.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Among the vegetables, we can still enjoy cabbages,\nchicory, spinach, chard and celery. And, if you like artichokes, make the most\nof them because you have little time left in the optimal season.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On the other hand, salads begin to appeal, which can\nbe with ingredients such as avocado, apple, spinach, young garlic, young\nonions, asparagus or carrots. All fresh and own ingredients from the garden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The outstanding vegetable of the month of April is the\ngreen bean that is added to other vegetables that continue in season such as\npeas, young beans and mangetouts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Another food that proliferates in spring thanks to\nhumidity and mild temperatures is mushrooms, a rich and healthy food that you\ncan add to both your salads and stir-fries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As for fish, cod is in season and others are added to\nthis, such as<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>the swordfish, which is very delicious to cook on the\ngrill, and also the anchovies that prepared in vinegar are very rich and\nhealthy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Furthermore, although we can find the skewer hake\nthroughout the year, it is in the spring, until well into the summer, when we\ntake full advantage of the properties of its meat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Summary of seasonal food for April.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u2022 Fruits: <\/strong>Strawberries, kiwis, lemon, lime, orange, banana, passion fruit, apricots,\nloquat, papaya, pineapple, grapefruit, avocado, apple and persimmons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u2022 Vegetables: <\/strong>snow peas, young beans, peas, spinach, leeks, zucchini,\nbroccoli, garlic, asparagus, beets, cucumbers, radishes, leeks, carrots,\ncelery, artichokes, cabbage, lettuce, squash, eggplant, green beans and\nendives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u2022 Fish: <\/strong>Eels, eel, cod, sea bream, mackerel, carp, lamprey, liba, sea bass,\ngrouper, palometa, perch, salmon, shark and trout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u2022 Seafood: <\/strong>Cockles, clams, razor clams, scampi, prawns, prawns, mussels,\noysters, cuttlefish, choco, shrimp, octopus, barnacles and scallops.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u2022 Meats: <\/strong>Woodcock, beef, quail, maids, pheasant, chicken, liver, wild boar, hare, gizzards, cow, deer, suckling pig, rabbit, lamb, pheasant, chicken, pork, duck, turkey, partridge, chicken and veal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The kitchen is a space where we spend much of our time, and even more now in these moments of confinement.
