We must be aware of the care of our mind and body,\nincorporating healthy habits when buying and cooking food as well as adapting spaces\nfor this purpose.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The kitchen is\nincreasingly an ecosystem devoted to take care of health and wellbeing. Living\nin a healthy way -understood as being comfortable and feeling good, both\nphysically and mentally- depends as much on our own habits and behaviors as well\nas on the environment in which we live.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Before the present\nhealth crisis, the Global Kitchen study survey addressed to the final consumer\nand kitchen and bathroom showrooms conducted in 9 countries (Spain, Italy, the\nUnited Kingdom, Scandinavia, the United States, Canada, Australia, Singapore\nand the United Arab Emirates) already pointed out some evidences about how\nhabits towards a healthier way of life were changing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Change of habits for health and wellness care <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>49%\nhave changed eating habits in the last years<\/li><li>41%\nconsume less processed food<\/li><li>31%\ncook properly and try not to eat processed foods<\/li><li>22%\ntake care of the origin of the food<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/silestoneinstitute.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/cifras.eng_-1024x648.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4054\" width=\"546\" height=\"345\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>According to the\nstudy, the interest in following a healthy life has modified some of the\ntraditional eating patterns, either for nutritional reasons oro due to growing\nconcern about the quality and origin of food.
