Not only\nwhen we are teleworking, but also when we are doing activities and spending\ntime with our families.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is important not only to take care of our physical\nhealth, with hygiene care and physical activity, but also to take care of our\nmental and emotional wellbeing, looking for ways to make the home our refuge\nand that people we live with are our company and support.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Here are some wellness tips to help us enjoy our home\nand take care of ourselves daily.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>How to improve our wellbeing while teleworking<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Set up your work area to be comfortable and quiet for\nyou.<\/li><li>Encourage self-care by dressing for work and online\nmeetings.<\/li><li>Adjust your posture so that you take care of the health\nof your back and your whole body when you are in front of the computer.<\/li><li>Look for a place where you can make the most of\nnatural light and thus save energy.<\/li><li>Set daily goals to optimize time, scheduling and\nrespecting your rest hours.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tips for emotional wellbeing in relationships with others<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Establish quality relationships that nurture your\nemotional and psychological state.<\/li><li>Communicate empathetically, respecting and listening\nto the opinions of others.<\/li><li>Be grateful for what you have and for the people\naround you.
