This pace is encouraged to a great extent using technologies\nthat provide quick solutions or also due to the intensive use of the Internet\nand social media that with their immediacy submerge us in a constant celerity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Therefore, it is important to remember and apply the\nSlow Life concept, slow well-being, to enjoy our homes:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>TV in\nthe background: <\/strong>disconnect from\nthe constant noise of the TV by seeking more moments in silence to balance our\nwell-being.<\/li><li><strong>Silent\nappliances and devices: <\/strong>avoid\nusing appliances that harm the acoustic comfort of your home environments.<\/li><li><strong>Relaxation\nspace: <\/strong>practice mindfulness,\ntake a relaxing shower, apply feng shui practices&#8230;<\/li><li><strong>Set up\na space for exercise: <\/strong>try to\nhave a suitable place where you can do physical routines that also favor your\nmental well-being.<\/li><li><strong>Comfortable\nspace for teleworking: <\/strong>establishes\na work area that is comfortable, quiet and where you feel at ease.<\/li><li><strong>The\nkitchen as a social and family space: <\/strong>cook while spending time with your children, chat with\nfriends&#8230;<\/li><li><strong>A\nliving room suited to your personality: <\/strong>apply decoration according to your tastes, as well as\nfurniture that makes you feel at ease.<\/li><li><strong>Aromatic\nplants and flowers: <\/strong>they\nwill allow you to improve the quality of the air by purifying it and providing\na much more pleasant smell.<\/li><li><strong>Home\nvertical garden: <\/strong>if\nspace allows, install a vertical garden in your home to reduce carbon\nemissions, lower the ambient temperature and be more aware of the use of\nnatural resources.<\/li><li><strong>Use\nsustainable materials and textiles: <\/strong>as well as apply energy and water saving practices in\nyour daily routines.<\/li><li><strong>Have\nopen and more sustainable spaces: <\/strong>apply\nproper ventilation in your home and make the most of natural light.<\/li><li><strong>Find\nyour favorite place in the home and spend more time in it. <\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Slow Life Home <\/em>is a concept that should be considered not only in the\nway a house is built or designed to be more sustainable and environmentally\nfriendly, but also in the slow wellness activities that the members of the\nhousehold practice in it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>We share some tips on how to apply the Slow Life to\nour lives:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Betting\non local and proximity gastronomic production with quality food that is\nsustainable. <\/li><li>Take\ncare of the environment with our daily routines.<\/li><li>Teach\nour children to enjoy the little things: water, snow, the field, playtime, the\ncompany of our pets, activities in nature&#8230;<\/li><li>Practice\nmindfulness or other exercises that contribute to our relaxation (reading a\nbook, walking outdoors, listening to music&#8230;) or simply let yourself go with\nyour thoughts.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>It is important that we are able to disconnect, relax\nand enjoy the most precious thing we have: time. Finding an oasis of peace and\ntranquility in our home that interrupts with the accelerated routine is necessary\nfor our well-being.
